Industry experience.

All Value Leap Client Partners bring many years of industry experience and are proven experts. Our founder and CEO, Franco Dal Molin, has 34 years of experience in software development, including over 23 years in nearshoring and outsourcing. He was CTO of start-ups and software companies, sales director for IT service providers, and independent consultant. He has worked with outsourcing companies, nearshore software development providers, and remote teams.
