Value Leap currently focuses on and serves clients in the German-speaking countries Germany (D), Austria (A), and Switzerland (CH) primarily. We can provide nearshoring services in the German language.

Leadership.
Our founder and CEO, Franco Dal Molin, brings 30 years of experience in IT and 20+ years in nearshoring/outsourcing. Franco has worked as CTO for buying organizations, in sales positions for IT services providers, and as an independent consultant for technology companies. He worked for or cooperated with outsourcing firms, nearshore software development providers, and remote teams throughout his professional career.
